New Beading Pattern - Pendant "Royal Clover"

Es ist ein Anhänger den ich "Royal Clover" nenne, da er mich an ein Kleeblatt erinnert.
In der Mitte befindet sich ein riesiger "Funkelstein", den ich mit Chatons und Peyote-Bögen verziert habe. Wenn man möchte, kann man durch diese Peyote-Bögen noch ein weiteres Verzierungsband ziehen.

Today I will show you a new design.

It is a pendant I called "Royal Clover", because it reminds me of a clover leave. In the middle is a huge "sparkling stone", which I embellished with chatons and Peyote arches. If you like you can add another embellishing ribbon going through the arches.

Today I show you a design of  Isabella Lam. It is the pendant "Espada" where I added a simple spirale chain. It is a rather big (ca. 5 cm) and eye-catching pendant but not show. It is easy and quick to bead.

Victory Bangle as Necklace

Pin It Now! Am Wochenende war ich bei Natascha Kralen und habe dort diese tolle Kette gesehen und musste sie direkt nachfädeln. Das Design ist von Nichole Starman und eigentlich für ein Armreif gedacht. Eigentlich ist es kein Problem, das Armband einfach länger zu machen, nur ist das ein Muster, bei dem man schon vorher wissen muss wie lang es später werden soll. Eigentlich auch kein Problem, aber die Kette zieht sich im letzten Schritt um einen unbekannten Faktor zusammen. Also habe ich jeden einzelnen Schritt mit einen separaten Faden gefädelt, damit ich es evtl. später nochmal aufmachen hatte können. Zum Schluss hatte ich 5 einzelnen Fäden - ein ganz schönes Gewirr.
Aber die Mühe hat sich gelohnt. Jetzt wo ich weiß wie viel Material ich für eine Kette benötige, könnte ich die Kette auch mit einem Faden fädeln, denn eigentlich ist die Kette schnell gefädelt.

Last weekend I went to Natascha Kralen and saw this beautiful necklace. The designer is Nichole Starman. Actually it is a bangle. Usually it is no problem just to extent the pattern, but this is a pattern where you have to bead the final length in the first step. Usually not a problem, too. But in the last step of the pattern you reduce the length of the necklace of an unknown amount. So I beaded every step with a separate thread. I had 5 different threads -  quite a mess. Now, that I know how much material I need, it would be much quicker and easier.
